Why Employees Stay

From Google’s VP/People Operations: “It’s not the company-provided lunch that keeps people here. Googlers tell us that there are three reasons they stay: The mission, the quality of their fellow workers, and the chance to build their skill sets. All our analytics are built around these reasons.”

  1. This is another way to describe team building... After all, people have traditionally stayed with companies and/or functions within companies if they understand and like what they do, feel like they are a valued member of the group and can learn and grow in the job. Take Care, Dave
